Outdoor Yoga for Anxiety Class

Join us for a free outdoor, trauma-informed yoga class designed to support stress and anxiety relief. This class uses tailored movements and poses to help you release stress and anxiety for the first part of the class. The second part of the class will cool the body down with slower, gentler poses allowing for regulation and calming in a peaceful, open-air setting. RAIN DATE: MAY 4th @ 5:00pm
