Brave Roots:

a three day back-to-school confidence camp

Brave Roots is a fun and supportive camp held right before school begins to help children feel confident, prepared, and happy about returning.

Over three days, campers will take part in yoga, journaling, crafts, outdoor activities, stories, sound bowls, and age-appropriate conversations. Each activity is designed to help children build skills they can use as they head into a new school year.

We will explore emotional regulation, consent, boundaries, friendship, kindness, bravery, and how to ask for help. Campers will practice ways to manage big feelings, calm their bodies, use their voices, handle new routines, and recognize the strengths they already have within them.

Creative projects will focus on helping children express themselves, build confidence, and connect with positive qualities like courage, patience, kindness, creativity, and strength. Through hands-on experiences, campers will create meaningful reminders they can take home to support them during the school year.

Our goal is for each child to leave camp feeling excited to begin school and knowing they have real tools to help them with new classrooms, friendships, routines, challenges, and change.

Space is limited to 15 campers, so be sure to sign up today!
