Peace of Mind is a leading wellness center specializing in working with PTSD, trauma, depression, stress, and anxiety. Our goal is to provide ongoing and lasting healing of the mind, body, and spirit through movement, relationship, and supportive therapies.

What you can expect from counseling:

You will first make contact with our Intake Coordinators, Ann or Amy. They will walk you through the initial scheduling processing finding the therapist that fits your needs and schedule. You will then have a 15-minute free consultation with the counselor or social worker. After your 15-minute consultation, you will both agree upon a date and time for your intake.

 

What you can expect from yoga:

You can first feel free to schedule a studio tour to get acquainted with our space and discuss the studio and classes. In addition, you can directly purchase new student introductory months online through our website or in person. Once you sign up for your class, you will receive instructions on logging on for our virtual classes or directions to the studio for in-person classes. If you are coming in person, you will be required to show proof of vaccination, mat, and any props you would like for the class. We look forward to welcoming you to the space.
