Self Love Through Movement and Dance Workshop

Join Joelle for an evening of fun, energetic movement to connect you to your inner playfulness and joy. We will start with a grounding practice of breathwork and intention setting, followed by gentle stretching and a brief yoga movement practice. We will then get our bodies moving with a warm-up and learn a fun, groovy, upbeat dance combination. No prior dance experience is necessary — all are welcome and encouraged!

Yoga Basics for Anxiety Relief

In the FREE 60-minute in-person workshop you will:

  • Learn the 8 limbs of yoga (it's not just movement)

  • Explore the positive impacts of yoga and breath on the body

  • Gain an understanding of the common yoga terms: "Breathe into your what?!”, “Neutral spine?”, “Third Eye - wasn't aware of a third eye..."

  • Demystify Meditation

  • Discover ways you can incorporate yoga into your everyday life

  • Flow through a 45-minute yoga movement class
