How we support your journey toward peace and healing.

Our clients, each navigating personal challenges with PTSD, trauma, depression, stress, oppression, and anxiety, are the heartbeat of Peace of Mind's mission. Our role is to guide and foster a platform for their ongoing and lasting healing journey, intertwining mind, body, and spirit through movement, relationship, and supportive therapies. In 2023, these resilient individuals worked toward their commitment to personal growth and healing. Over 4,000 sessions were conducted, each reflecting their incredible resolve and diligent efforts. Additionally, nearly 800 visits with people embracing our trauma-informed yoga classes reinforce their quest for the peace they greatly deserve.

“Practicing with Kris and her team has been life changing! The mental health aspect of this studio is unlike any other I have encountered. I came in as an injured, novice yogi and was immediately welcomed with kindness and compassion. Each instructor catered to my needs and helped me to overcome many physical challenges. I am forever grateful to have found a yoga community where I feel supported to do the work not only for my physical body, but for my mental health as well.”
